The league publishes tables, fixtures, results and playing achievements (including goalscorers and career records) on a public website that is indexable by search engines. Your name and scoring record may therefore appear in public search results. Disciplinary records are never published publicly. 2. Opt-out. You may opt out of appearing in the public, non-authenticated view at any time from your profile. Opting out removes you from public pages entirely; you remain visible to logged-in league members so that team administration can function. 3. Photographs. A passport-style photograph is required for playing registrations and is used for identification on match day team sheets, on your player card and in squad lists. It is retained with your playing record and is never publicly accessible without sign-in. 4. Identity documents. Passport and Emirates ID scans (eleven-a-side only) are stored securely, are never publicly accessible, and are visible only to league administrators and your own team manager. They are retained for five years after you leave the league and then automatically deleted. Your playing record is retained indefinitely. 5. Record of consent. Your acceptance of these terms is recorded with the version and a timestamp. Where these terms are materially revised, you will be asked to accept the new version on your next sign-in. Analytics and error monitoring. The league's website and app use privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the service is used, and error monitoring (Sentry) to detect and fix faults. Analytics run without cookies or persistent identifiers and are not used to profile individuals. Error reports may include technical details of the device and the action that failed. Neither service is used for advertising, and no data is sold or shared for marketing.
